The Kern County Chapter of the National Electrical Contractor Association (NECA) is committed to representing, promoting and leading the electrical industry throughout the Kern County region of Southern California in the present and into the future. We hope to embody and enhance the management presence throughout NECA by striving to build and nurture member relationships and deliver exceptional services to our members that are based to help them succeed and continue to better the electrical industry as a whole. Working in collaborative partnership with the skilled electricians, apprenticeship school, trust and labor representatives of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 428, we are dedicated to the following Vision and Mission statements to help enhance and empower the lives and communities of Kern County.

Through building honest, accountable and courteous relationships throughout the industry, we will continue to prepare for and grow through challenges, respond to adversity respectfully and pursue opportunities and situations that will cultivate successes for our members, the community and the electrical industry as a whole.

We strive to advance our industry by setting a standard of excellence, inviting innovation and stewardship throughout our community through customer focused leadership and partnership with management and NECA members while collaborating with world-class partners through the industry.
